Very comfortable building, simply perfect location and well-trained stuff. Absolutely breathtaking view, a nice balcony, incredible bed, too. Walking distance to a train station, walking distance to the shops and a market. Late check out too.

Plentiful breakfast and good service. Location short walk to Temples and Kyoto Station, buses and the river. Room was brand-new, functional. Facilities were simply wonderful too.
